Banner Engineering IO-Link Masters
Banner's IO-Link Masters feature a compact, lightweight housing and scalable design to accomodate expanding production. An excellent choice for standard IO link applications as well as Providing a simple way to interface IO link devices and discrete sensors to Banner's ever expanding Snap Signal line up.
Scalable Design
Banner's IO-Link Masters can accommodate IO-Link signal collection for IIoT implementation on a large scale, but they also offer a cost-effective solution for users who only have a small count of IO-Link devices. This approach gives users the flexibility to start on a smaller scale and add more IO-Link connectivity as their operations expand over time.
Seamless Device Replacement
If devices connected to the IO-Link Masters need to be replaced due to damage or any other reason, the device can be swapped out with an identical part, and the IO-Link Master will auto-recognize and rapidly configure the new sensor with the correct sensor settings for the application. Because IO-Link sensors do not require any special or complicated wiring, they can be connected to the new IO-Link Masters using cost-effective industry standard unshielded three-wire M12 cables.
DXMR90-4K Master/ Controller can provide Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, and Profinet. Can also be connected directly to Cloud Systems.
R90C-4K-MQ Master has 4 IO link ports and has a Modbus RTU Output for easy connection to Snap Signal
The R45C-2K-MQ IO-Link Master connects to IO-Link devices and serves as a gateway to a Snap Signal IIoT system, or other control systems on the market.
