Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist in creating compelling content across various platforms. This role will be pivotal in executing marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging our audience through diverse content mediums.

Ramco Innovations is a high-tech automation distributor. While knowledge of industrial automation is not required, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn about a new industry and has experience making technical information easy to understand.

This person works closely with the CRM Administrator and Vertical Strategies Director to determine priorities for Midwest and National initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Lead content creation efforts, including newsletters, blogs, videos, and social media posts.
  • Website Management: Develop web pages to align with marketing goals and optimize user experience. Maintain product attributes and ensure photos, catalogs, etc. are current.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain an active social media presence.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing marketing events. Facilitate on-demand training webinars.
  • Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist with marketing strategy development.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics as needed.
  • Internal Communications: Support in creating and distributing internal communications as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in content creation across multiple platforms. Internships will count toward job experience considered. B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and attention to detail in visual elements.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination a plus.
