Digital Sub-Pixel Processing
The linearity has been improved to more than twice that of a conventional product by digital sub-pixel processing.
This divides one pixel into 65536 sub-pixels providing accurate profile reproduction.
Uneven Surface Correction
Even if the object is translucent or its surface is eneven, it can detect the position
of the true peak thanks to a custom algorithm designed by Optex
Cross Talk Prevention
Cross talk prevention function eliminates interference between 2 sensor even when the beams are crossing or are mounted close together.
Diffuse and Specular Mode
When specular mode is selected the sensor can measure 1st surface of transparent material and can even detect
glass thickness using the glass thickness measurement algorithm
